Eisa is a husband, father, and tea enthusiast with a passion for procurement and supply chain management. His journey began in 2002 in the aviation industry, where he gained valuable experience in engineering and logistics. Joining Emirates Group-Dnata, he learned that procurement is about relationships, strategy, and foresight.
In 2012, Eisa transitioned to Homeland Security, leading procurement for key projects like the Falcon Eye Security System. In 2014, he joined the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) Abu Dhabi, managing major projects such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Hosn, overseeing a AED 3.5 billion budget. His leadership was recognized by McKinsey and through his role as a change leader.
In 2020, he led Procurement Development at DCT, modernizing processes and supporting local suppliers. Since 2022, he serves as Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at the University of Sharjah, aligning strategies with academic goals and fostering key partnerships.
Eisa holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, an MBA, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. He also earned an Executive Diploma in Procurement and Supply, becoming the first UAE National to achieve FCIPS ExDip status.
Outside work, Eisa enjoys driving long distances and meeting new people. He is dedicated to creating impact, delivering value, and inspiring future leaders in the procurement field.
