Kran Kullar’s journey began with a deep fascination for human behavior and the intricate workings of the brain, cultivated during her early days as a psychology student. This curiosity naturally evolved into a passion for understanding people and business dynamics, ultimately steering her toward a career where she could harness these interests to make a meaningful impact. After earning her psychology degree, Kran quickly made her mark in the corporate world, starting as an employee representative. It was in this role that she realized her true calling: to be on the other side of the table, influencing strategy and driving transformative change.

Equipped with a CIPD qualification and later a coaching certification, Kran rapidly ascended the ranks of her career. She successfully led a small HR team through large-scale change management projects, then took on the pivotal role of building a startup’s operations and culture from the ground up, growing the team to over 60 employees. Her efforts in scaling a four-year-old startup laid the groundwork for a successful launch. Throughout her career, Kran has brought clarity to complex situations with her pragmatic mindset, ensuring fairness and giving a voice to all stakeholders. Her resilience allows her to navigate major changes with flexibility, seamlessly transitioning from strategy to operations as needed.

Kran’s work is guided by her core values of honesty, humor, perspective, hope, and perseverance. She believes deeply in the power of adaptability and fierce loyalty, blending strategic thinking with operational excellence to deliver tangible results. Her work has transformed leaders into confident, self-aware professionals who understand the importance of leading with humility. Looking ahead, Kran is committed to helping founders become great leaders, driving their businesses toward success.

Outside of work, Kran enjoys playing league tennis, indulging in food tasting, and engaging in mindset activities that keep her grounded and motivated.
