Nadia Al Meshrefi, a UAE national, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UAE University. With over 20 years of experience in First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), she has served in various roles spanning business and technology. Throughout her tenure in NBAD and FAB, Nadia has played instrumental senior leadership roles in transformative programs, demonstrating her expertise in driving organizational change and success.
Notable achievements in Nadia's career include her involvement in the acquisition/merger of NBAD and FGB, where she contributed to the seamless integration of the two entities. Additionally, she led strategic transformational programs for rolling out international branches, overseeing 50 branches across 15 countries, and implementing centralization and core technology upgrades. Nadia's proficiency in aligning stakeholders and bridging the gap between technology and business earned her leadership positions as the head of SMEs/Internal Consultant teams in FAB for over 12 years.
Nadia's portfolio management skills are evident in her successful execution of large-scale initiatives within local and international bank divisions. She excels in leveraging effective execution methodologies, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology delivery teams, vendors, partners, and senior management to achieve desired outcomes.
