Nicolò Maneri is an MBA-educated commercial leader with over a decade of experience in banking, software, and financial technology. His expertise spans sales strategy, finance, commercial operations, and partnerships.

 

As Head of Large Customer Sales Strategy and Operations at Revolut, Nicolò led the expansion of Revolut Business into the mid-market and enterprise segments, building a team that generated £4.8m in new ARR within 12 months of launch. Nicolò's career also includes roles at Salesforce and BNP Paribas Securities Services, where he consistently surpassed targets and drove substantial revenue growth. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

 

At INSEAD, he founded the Emerging Markets Club and organized a conference on Technology and Investing for Impact. Passionate about social impact, Nicolò advises the Butterfly Onlus Foundation, which focuses on education and water access in Ethiopia, Myanmar, and Madagascar.

 

An avid sportsman, Nicolò is the Team Captain of a Division 1 League tennis team and has a background as a semi-professional volleyball player. His diverse skill set and proven growth strategies make him a valuable mentor for entrepreneurs and SMEs seeking impactful growth.
