Rawya Al Jneibi is leading the Patent, IP Awareness & Commercialization Support Program (TAKAMUL) at the Innovation & Knowledge team in the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED).
She focuses on promoting the innovation cycle, from the generation of ideas to the practical implementation into commercial activities that support the country economically and socially.
Rawya works closely with individual inventors and organizations by giving patentability and Intellectual Property opinions and guidance.
Prior to joining ADDED, she worked as an analyst in the Etihad Airways, cargo department handling all cargo flights data to create daily, weekly, and monthly analysis reports for management and other colleagues internally and externally. Rawya was also responsible of analyzing business opportunity within Etihad’s network to develop the company’s performance.
Rawya al Jneibi holds a bachelor’s degree in financial services from Abu Dhabi Women College.
