Rob is a seasoned finance and risk management expert with over 25 years of experience across prestigious organizations such as KPMG Philippines, the Central Bank of the Philippines, KPMG UAE, Abu Dhabi Finance PJSC (a Mubadala Company), National Bank of Abu Dhabi, and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). In his most recent role as Senior Vice President and Head of Credit Administration for Consumer and Private Banking at FAB, Rob led a team of over 170 across three locations, spearheading initiatives to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
Today, as the founder of Qairos Business Services, Rob dedicates his expertise to empowering startups and SMEs, helping them transform opportunities into sustainable success. Through Qairos, he provides customized solutions in process offshoring, cost optimization, and automation, leveraging his deep expertise in governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Known for his strategic yet hands-on approach, Rob excels at turning high-level goals into actionable results, whether in startups, mergers, or rebuilding departmental operations.

Outside of work, Rob is an endurance sports enthusiast, having completed several marathons and endurance cycling challenges.
