At Levari, he specializes in investor transactions, fundraising, and corporate matters. Sherif has experience in due diligence, M&A, and drafting legal documents. He has also worked as a regional legal counsel at Careem. Sherif provides legal services across the MENA region, with a particular focus on the UAE and Egypt. He holds an LLM and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
