Abu Dhabi Government is set to participate in GITEX Global 2024, scheduled from 14-18 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre, focusing on the theme "Towards an AI-Native Government." This marks the 13th consecutive year of Abu Dhabi's participation, emphasizing its dedication to advancing transformation and innovation into the next generation.
Leading the participation is the Department of Government Enablement (DGE), which has orchestrated collaboration among over 30 government and academic entities. Their collective effort aims to provide a cohesive and enriched visitor experience at GITEX.
The event will spotlight Abu Dhabi's strides in deploying digital solutions enhanced by AI and data-driven insights, aimed at elevating customer experiences and cultivating a future-ready government. The Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion will feature five distinct zones: Services & Experiences, Data & Insights, Emerging Technology, Cyber Security & Digital Trust, and Sustainable Technology. These zones will showcase cutting-edge AI-powered services and customer experience initiatives, while nurturing partnerships that promote innovation, efficiency, and excellence across government entities in the emirate.
Ahmed Al Kuttab, Chairman of DGE, expressed, "Through robust collaboration among Abu Dhabi's government entities, we are accelerating our digital evolution towards a tech-driven future aligned with the visionary leadership of the emirate, fostering a future-ready, AI-enabled government."
Highlighting the innovations to be unveiled, the Pavilion will present over 80 projects, including the launch of an AI-powered health app designed to enhance health management convenience, and an upgraded version of TAMM offering highly personalized service experiences.
Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, Director-General of TAMM at DGE, shared, "We are excited to introduce the next phase of TAMM, made possible through the concerted efforts of multiple Abu Dhabi Government entities. Leveraging AI and state-of-the-art technologies, TAMM sets new benchmarks for service excellence, efficiency, and customer experience."
Throughout GITEX 2024, DGE and its partners will engage with global technology leaders, participate in discussions on AI governance, cybersecurity, and customer experience, and forge strategic alliances to fortify Abu Dhabi's digital ecosystem.
