Jada Fund of Funds Invests in Iliad Partners Tech Ventures Fund I 

Jada Fund of Funds, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), has invested in Iliad Partners Tech Ventures Fund I, a UAE-based B2B venture capital fund. The fund, launched by Iliad Partners, has a target fund size of $50 million backed by Jada. It focuses on financing tech companies across the Middle East and North Africa region (Mena), with a focus on those based in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Fintech, logistics, proptech, and edtech are among the focus sectors of the fund.

This fund is poised to make strategic investments in early-stage technology companies across the MENA region, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. 

Jada's investment underscores its ​commitment to supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia and highlights its strategic approach to high-potential investments through venture capital and private equity. The Fund, launched by Iliad Partners, a venture capital firm, has a target fund size of USD 50 million backed by Jada. 

Iliad Partners has shown its dedication to fostering innovation and supporting B2B startups. The Fund, led by partners Christos Mastoras, Georges Boueiz, and Dalal Al-Mutlaq, will focus on digitizing key sectors such as FinTech, Logistics, PropTech, and EdTech through localised solutions. ​​
