The Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) has published the "UAE Consumer Survey Report 2022," identifying the preferences, attitudes, motivations, and key buying behaviours of UAE consumers. Using a variety of customer research methods to gather this information, shared traits among the different customer groups are identified and categorised into customer segments and buyer personas, which are then used to support any decision making and/or creating marketing campaigns to target a specific segment or personal.
The consumer research conducted in this report is based on data provided by Statista:
