As a component of the Entrepreneurial Nation project initiated by the Ministry in 2021, this programme aligns with the UAE's ongoing efforts to advance gender equality and foster greater participation of women across diverse economic sectors. Its overarching goal is to inspire women to establish and lead entrepreneurial ventures that contribute significantly to the country's economic advancement.
Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh underscored the UAE's remarkable strides in promoting gender equality and empowering women within the economy, echoing the leadership's steadfast commitment to these endeavors. He stated, "The collaboration with EWA Accelerator on this new programme signifies another significant step towards advancing these efforts."
Yulia Stark, President of the EWA European Women's Association, emphasized the critical importance of empowering women in economic activities to drive sustainable development. She stated, "The programme aims to provide women with opportunities to develop projects that not only bolster sustainable economic growth within the UAE but also have a positive impact beyond its borders."
