VISARUN.AI secures $700,000 in a pre-Seed round 

VISARUN.AI, an AI-driven visa-as-a-service platform, has secured $700,000 in pre-seed funding from angel investors based in Switzerland and the UAE, all of whom have extensive backgrounds in e-commerce and trade. This investment will support the company’s efforts in platform development, expanding its sales team, and executing strategic market entry initiatives.

Visa processing in the MENA region has faced considerable delays due to high application volumes and staffing shortages at embassies and consulates. Current processing times for various visa categories range between four and twelve weeks. VISARUN.AI addresses these inefficiencies by streamlining business travel arrangements for corporations and travel agencies, eliminating the need for manual oversight, excessive micromanagement, and uncertainty in the process.

The platform differentiates itself with innovative features designed to enhance visa application efficiency. Its Smart Visa Route system generates tailored application pathways by assessing key factors such as destination country, travel dates, applicant nationality, and approval likelihood. Additionally, the company plans to introduce an AI-powered interview simulation tool, offering three-minute virtual consultations with real-time feedback and preparation guidance.

The Arab States region has one of the highest concentrations of migrant workers, accounting for 41.4% of the workforce in 2019, well above the global average of 5%.
